Terminal Trading

Terms of Service

The following legal documents are all part of the platform Terms & Service framework. Please review each one carefully.

TERMINAL TRADING DISCLOSURE Last Updated: April 8, 2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Champs Only, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 1100 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the arbs.xyz platform, including all content, functionality, software, analytics, and services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. DISCLOSURE VERSION: 7 (bump in code when this text changes materially) This disclosure supplements the Platform Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, and Disclaimer. By using prediction-market terminal features that involve Kalshi, Polymarket, or similar venues, you acknowledge the following. 1. API CREDENTIALS AND WALLET ACCESS IN YOUR BROWSER You may choose to enter Kalshi-style API credentials in this application. When you enable “Remember” mode, the application encrypts those credentials with a passcode you choose and stores only the ciphertext in your browser’s IndexedDB. The application imports your private key into the Web Crypto API as a non-extractable key for signing while a session is unlocked. We do not receive your private key or passcode on our servers for this local vault flow. Polymarket-related terminal features may connect a wallet or signing provider you control in the browser to place trades. We do not custody keys held by your wallet software; custody and signing follow your wallet provider’s and Polymarket’s rules. 2. SESSION RISK Anyone with access to your unlocked browser session, or who can guess your passcode against stolen ciphertext, may be able to sign requests as you. Use a strong unique passcode, lock the vault when finished, and do not share your device. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or an approved wallet session may be able to act as you under Polymarket-connected flows. 3. NO BROKER / NO CUSTODY Nothing in this interface constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. The Platform does not custody your exchange or prediction-market assets. You are responsible for compliance with each venue’s terms — including Kalshi and Polymarket — and applicable law. 4. SOFTWARE AND CONNECTIVITY Terminal features depend on browser cryptography, network availability, and third-party APIs and venues — including code we operate and services we do not control. Outages, bugs, rate limits, configuration errors, or version skew may prevent trading, delay orders, show stale data, or cause partial, duplicate, or unintended behavior. You are responsible for monitoring your positions and orders on each venue. 5. TRADE OUTCOMES; NO PERFORMANCE WARRANTY The Platform provides software and information tools only. We do not guarantee any result from your trading. We are not responsible for whether any order or strategy is profitable, break-even, or unprofitable; for partial fills; for fees, interest, withholding, or taxes; for market resolution, liquidity, or counterparty behavior; or for any other financial outcome of your decisions on Kalshi, Polymarket, or elsewhere. Past or hypothetical spreads or “arb” displays are not promises of future performance. All economic risk of trading remains with you. 6. VENUE AND INFRASTRUCTURE EXECUTION We do not operate Kalshi, Polymarket, blockchains, wallet extensions, or custodial or non-custodial infrastructure. We do not control and are not responsible for: order intake, matching, cancellation, rejection, or prioritization; confirmations, settlements, or clawbacks; venue APIs, rules, or fee schedules; wallet connectivity, signing prompts, chain reorganizations, gas or priority fees, RPC providers, or indexer delays; account freezes, geographic or eligibility restrictions, or enforcement actions by any third party. If execution fails, stalls, or behaves unexpectedly, your recourse is with the relevant venue, wallet, or network operator under their terms and policies — not with us as their agent, because we are not. 7. SOFTWARE BUGS, DISPLAY ERRORS, AND LIMITATION OF RELIANCE Terminal and related software may contain defects and are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Prices, order-book snapshots, calculators, previews, labels, and risk or sizing hints may be incomplete, delayed, rounded, or wrong. Before placing meaningful size, you should verify prices, tick sizes, fees, and order parameters on the official venue or wallet surface you trust. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses you believe arose from bugs, mis-displayed data, failed or duplicate submissions, automation that did not match your intent, or reliance on this software — including where a third-party platform also contributed to the failure. 8. LEGAL ELIGIBILITY TO TRADE You represent and warrant that you are legally allowed — where you live, work, or access the Platform — to open accounts, connect wallets, and place trades on each third-party venue and service you use through this terminal (including Polymarket, Kalshi, blockchain networks, and wallet providers). That includes, without limitation, satisfying each venue’s eligibility rules, sanctions and export restrictions, licensing or registration requirements, age requirements, and any prohibition on off-platform or automated access that may apply to you. We do not verify your status; if trading is unlawful or Terms-violating for you, you must not use these features.

9. Third-party venue terms (Polymarket and Kalshi)

By trading on Polymarket, Kalshi, or related interfaces through this Platform, you acknowledge that you are also bound by each venue's own terms of use, rules, fees, and policies as they may update them from time to time — in addition to our Platform Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, and Disclaimer. Read those venue documents before you trade.

For general trading risks, see the Risk Disclosure. For broader platform limitations, see the Disclaimer.
