Depending on the platform and how you interact with it, that information may include account information, contact information, payment or transaction information, wallet addresses, trading or market activity, communications, log data, usage data, device information, location information inferred from IP address, cookie and tracking information, KYC/AML information, sanctions-screening information, and other information required for onboarding, account administration, market access, clearing, compliance, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, or customer support. Third-party platforms may disclose personal information to affiliates, vendors, service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, legal and professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, courts, exchanges, clearing organizations, futures commission merchants, clearing members, acquirers, and other parties as described in their own privacy policies or as required by law.
