RISK DISCLOSURE
Last Updated: April 8, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Champs Only, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a principal place of business at 1100 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami, FL 33131 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the arbs.xyz platform, including all content, functionality, software, analytics, and services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
PLEASE READ THIS RISK DISCLOSURE CAREFULLY BEFORE
USING THE PLATFORM
This Risk Disclosure forms part of the Terms of Service between You and ChampsOnly LLC
("the Company") and is incorporated therein by reference. By accessing or using the
Arbs.xyz platform (the "Platform"), You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and
accepted the risks described in this document.
This document is not exhaustive. Trading and financial activity always carry risks that may
not be fully anticipated. The risks described here are those the Company considers most
relevant to users of the Platform, but other risks may exist.
1. NO GUARANTEE OF PROFIT
Prediction market arbitrage is a strategy designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies between
platforms. While the mathematical structure of an arbitrage trade — buying YES on one
platform and NO on another for a combined cost below $1.00 — is intended to produce a
guaranteed outcome regardless of the event result, this does not guarantee profit in
practice.
Real-world conditions introduce variables that can prevent the theoretical outcome from
being realised. You may lose money. You may lose all of the capital you deploy on a given
trade. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
2. ADVERSE RESOLUTION RISK
The most significant risk specific to prediction market arbitrage is adverse resolution: the
scenario in which two platforms resolve the same underlying event differently.
For example, Platform A may resolve a market as "YES" while Platform B resolves the
corresponding market as "NO." In this scenario, both legs of your arbitrage trade lose
simultaneously, resulting in a total loss of the capital deployed on that trade.
Adverse resolution can occur due to:
• Differing resolution criteria between platforms for the same event;
• Ambiguous event outcomes that platforms interpret differently;
• Disputes over the timing or definition of an event's resolution;
• Platform error or technical malfunction during the resolution process.
The Company's Platform includes an AI-powered Match Verification system and Risk
Analyser designed to flag potential resolution mismatches. However, no automated
system is infallible. You should always independently read and compare the resolution
criteria on both platforms before placing any trade. The Company accepts no liability for
losses arising from adverse resolution.
3. LIQUIDITY RISK
The prices and spreads displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party prediction
market platforms and may not reflect the prices at which You are able to execute a trade.
Factors that can prevent You from filling a trade at the displayed price include:
• Insufficient liquidity or order book depth on one or both platforms;
• Rapid price movement between the time You view an opportunity and the time You
execute;
• Platform-imposed order size limits;
• Network delays or technical issues during execution.
If You are unable to fill both legs of a trade at the prices required to generate a positive
spread, the trade may result in a loss.
4. EXECUTION RISK AND HUMAN ERROR
Prediction market arbitrage requires precise execution of two separate trades on two
separate platforms, often within a short time window. Errors in execution — including
buying the wrong side, entering the wrong quantity, or failing to complete both legs of the
trade — can result in an unhedged position and significant losses.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your trade execution. The Company's
calculator and position tools are provided as aids only. You should verify all calculations
independently before placing any trade.
5. PLATFORM AND COUNTERPARTY RISK
The prediction market platforms through which You trade are operated by third parties over
whom the Company has no control. Risks associated with these platforms include:
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or outages during critical periods;
• Suspension or restriction of withdrawals;
• Platform insolvency or cessation of operations;
• Changes to platform rules, fees, or resolution criteria;
• Regulatory action against a platform resulting in restricted access or loss of funds.
The Company makes no representation regarding the financial stability, regulatory
compliance, or operational reliability of any third-party prediction market platform. You
should not deposit more capital on any single platform than you can afford to lose entirely.
6. REGULATORY AND LEGAL RISK
The legal status of prediction markets varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. Some
jurisdictions classify prediction market contracts as gambling, financial instruments, or
otherwise regulated activities. Regulatory changes — including new legislation, court
decisions, or enforcement actions — could restrict or prohibit access to prediction market
platforms in Your jurisdiction, potentially trapping capital or rendering open positions
unresolvable.
It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that Your use of prediction market platforms and the
Arbs.xyz Platform is lawful in Your jurisdiction. The Company does not provide legal advice
and makes no representation that the Platform or any prediction market platform is lawful
for use in any particular jurisdiction.
7. TAX RISK
Profits generated through prediction market arbitrage may be subject to income tax, capital
gains tax, or other taxes in Your jurisdiction. Tax treatment will depend on Your personal
circumstances, the nature of the activity, and the laws of Your country of residence. The
Company does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax adviser regarding
the tax treatment of any profits or losses arising from Your trading activity.
8. INFORMATION AND DATA RISK
The data and market information provided by the Platform is sourced from third-party
prediction market platforms and is provided for informational purposes only. The Company
does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the
Platform. Data may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete due to third-party data feed issues,
API limitations, or technical errors. You should independently verify all market data before
acting on it.
9. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a
recommendation to engage in any trading activity. The Platform is a software tool and
information service only. All trading decisions are made solely by You, at Your sole
discretion and risk. The Company is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body for the purpose of providing
investment advice.
